Although I am an attorney & realtor in another State, it was the
knowledge & expertise of Dorathey that saved my home! As a result, I
have been using the home as a vacation rental until the value
increases. When it does increase, I plan to use the Duffield Team to

Dorathey was our buying agent when we purchased our home in Estrella
Mountain Ranch. Then, when we decided to sell, she became our selling
agent. We met with Dorathey a month before we listed our home; and she
gave us suggestions on things that we should do in preparation for the
sale. We took her advice. As a result, Dorathey listed our house and it
sold in two-weeks. She's GREAT!

We were so thankful to have used Dorathey Duffield. She was very quick

The Duffield team was amazing when we lived out of state and needed to
sell our condo in Litchfield Park, AZ. They staged our condo, pulled
the weeds next door themselves to have our condo show well, found buyers
for the furniture we didn't want to move, and even hosted a yard sale
so we could be ready to come to AZ and close on time. We've never
experienced that kind of dedication by a realtor before.
